Object clause for import and export of spices can be drafted as follows: • To carry on the business of import and export of spices, herbs, condiments, seasonings, and all other related products, and to engage in all activities necessary or incidental to the import and export of these products. • To procure, purchase, store, pack, transport, and sell all types of spices and herbs, including but not limited to pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and all other related products, in India and abroad. • To undertake the export of spices and herbs to various countries and to import spices and herbs from different parts of the world. • To establish and maintain warehouses, processing centers, factories, and other facilities necessary for the storage, processing, and packaging of spices and herbs. • To engage in the business of wholesale and retail trading of spices and herbs, and to supply these products to various buyers, including retail stores, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses. • To undertake all activities related to the promotion, marketing, and branding of spices and herbs, and to develop new products, packaging, and marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability. • To enter into agreements and contracts with various suppliers, buyers, agents, and other parties for the import and export of spices and herbs. • To engage in research and development activities related to the production, processing, and marketing of spices and herbs, and to develop new technologies and techniques to improve the quality and value of these products. • To carry on any other business activities related to the import and export of spices and herbs that may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
