Hi, It is not necessary to change the Name Clause on change of object clause unless when the name exactly represents the earlier object and may mislead on changing the Object Clause. For eg. If your company name is ABC Cosmetics and if you change the Object clause as to something other than cosmetics business say Automobile business, then the name clause should change.
