or is required to altered its MOA Actually both business are different in nature one is financial and insurance support and another is car related business.

At present other object is not in existence even mentioned in the Memorandum of Association of an existing Company. Therefore, company may seek section 13 of Companies Act,2013 to do the business covered in the said other object.
