THE NSC 8TH PURCHASE ON 28/03/2013 OF RUPEES 40000. THE INTEREST ON NSC WILL DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL INCOME UNDER ASSESMENT YEAR 2013-14 ?

No. NSC Interest to be taken on the basis of completed year. Show interest in the next year's return for the 1st year.
