1. ON WHAT AMOUNT TDS HE NEED TO DEDUCTED ?
2. CAN HE APPLY FOR LOWER DEDUCTION ?
3. CAN HE PAY ADVANCE TAX ON BEHALF OF NRI (INCASE NON HOLDING OF TAN NO.)
