12 January 2013 Can NRI to be a shareholder of private limited.. if yes then what are the procedures...

can NRI Deposit accepted in private limited..(Procedures)

can loan can be accepted from NRI..(Procedures)

Possible way of remmitance in all above cases...

Minimum and maximum amount in all the above cases...
