Can NRI give loan in indian Rs. to a firm @18% interest? at what rate tax to be deducted by indian firm?

Any NRI can Give loan to Indian Firm. elegibility of Loan granting or accepting ultimately depends on its usage. so give purpose for which loan is being taken
