My client is a NRI starting business in India of a construction company. I want to know
1. The amount being invested is from his NRI Account is it taxable in India.
2. What is the rate of tax for him will he be treated as a Individual.
3. What are the problems in having a NRI Partner?

What is the structure of the Indian establishment?
Whether the same is partnership firm,proprietorship firm or a company?
Also the FEMA angle to the transaction shall be needed to be seen first before checking the taxation angle.
It may turnout that you may not be allowed something under FEMA and end up paying fines to RBI.
