27 December 2010 A Non Resident working in a Ship, has an annual income of 24lakhs and has deducted a tax of 10%.
Whether he is taxable in India or not......?

27 December 2010 That will depend on the stay of that Non-Resident in India, if it is more than 182 days in India then only the same is taxable.
