Could anybody please inform whether the Tax benefit u/s 80CCD(2) as above is still available with it's existing features for the FY 2014-15 over and above Rs. 1.5 lac available u/s 80C.

An early reply shall be highly solicited.

06 August 2014 the max deduction allowed is 1.5 lakhs only

07 August 2014 the overall limit for 80CCD is set by 80CCE which is Rs 1.5 lakhs (earlier 1 lacs). So even before the finance act 2014, the limit was already set in.
