Is Change in Schedule VI applicable for Nov 12 Exams

No notification in this regard as yet but it is expected that it will be applicable for Nov 2012 exams. It is applicable to CS June 2012 exam so highly likely that it will be applicable to Nov 12 as well.

Yes it will be applicable as the changes in schedule VI is more than 6 months prior to your exam
