To fill the service tax ST-3 for works contract service, I want to know the abatement notification number and serial
number to take 60% abatement

23 November 2012 Valuation of Works Contract Service is governed by Rule 2A od Service Tax Rules ( Determination of Value )2006. There is no abatement notification. Taxable amount should be worked out as per rules.
