Greetings...

I am going to transfer the Desktop and Printers from tamilnadu to kerala. Can you please clarify about any notification passed regarding on that and also what is cst rate need to be charged for the hardware products.

15 October 2013 The query requires some more clarity, as you have used the words "transfer".

Are you going to transfer or sell? The products are sent to kerala party with TIN No? Is it against C form?
What is current rate of vat in tamilnadu for desktop and printers? Is it 5%
