22 June 2011 can u pls tell me the format for presenting the final accounts in agm I Want to write Notice to Members , i.e agenda
I mean to say how we write notices to invite membres for agm in which final accounts are presesnt

22 June 2011 1.ADOPTION OF ANNUAL ACCOUNTS OF THE COMPANY AS AT 31.03.20--

“Resolved that the audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at 31st March 20-- and the Profit and Loss Account for the period ended on that date together with the reports of the Auditors and Directors Report thereon be are hereby approved and adopted.”
