08 September 2016 I got a notice from department towards late filing fee of 3600 . Now problem is which minor code is used for challan payment I.e; 200 or 400

08 September 2016 Dear Rajkumar, deposit the amount in minor head 400 which is for default payment. Hope your query is resolved Kindly like if my response has helped you

09 September 2016 thanks for your sir . but in bank they said the minor code is not matched i.e; 400 code is not correct.

Kindly file the same via ITNS 281 online as it will accept .

In meanwhile traces has given a relaxation about major and minor head so if anyone by mistake file in other head it will automatically captured.
