22 June 2018 Received notice u/s 143(2) to produce documents, accounts & any other evidence on which you may rely in support of the return filed by you.

Income is declared u/s 44AD & having agricultural income. Bank Statement is already submitted. And there is no books of accounts.

So, what documents/reply I should submit in response to this notice. Please suggest me.

22 June 2018 depends on the facts of the case. for e.g. invoices etc could be asked for. Even if you are covered under 44AD, you might be required to maintain invoices under other acts such as GST.
