how to give the reply of notice given by income tax department, and What could be the reasons of the notice given by dept.

143(1) intimations are issued to all the assesses (except in a few cases which are straight away picked for detailed scrutiny) you response will depend on the issues raised in the notice and have to be customised to the facts of the case.

It is only an intimation. Please check whether there is any tax demand . If so you have to rectify it. Otherwise nothing to do.
