hi my name is Gurdeep Singh, i am working in one IT company as Network Engineer, when join this company i was signed 45 days notice period but today i received mail from HR my notice period convert to 90 days without any information its affected from 1 jan 2014 & i got mail today itself, is it possible?
but i want to leave this company within 45 days, if i will leave this company with 45 days notice period & if my company will not provide me my re-leaving letter & experience letter. what i can do legally for my experience letter. thanks in advance

This must be the policy of the company for all employees.I don't think you have any other option then to follow this policy.Speak to your HR personally on the matter.Rest wait others suggestion.
