Please guide as to the mode of delivering notice of board meeting and other meetings. Is it compulsory to deliver the notice physically in writing or the notice may be delivered via electronic mail?

Yes, Compulsorily notice should be dispatched to the directors and regarding the mode of dispatch it can be dispatched physically or through e-mail but the thing is it should reach them in time. As a good professional practice notice along with the agenda of the meeting should be dispatched to them.Furthermore, the directors may be too busy with their work and unable to check their mail so it is good to dispatch the notice along with the agenda in physical mode also.
