I have received a notice from Compliance Management Cell regarding Non filing of Income Tax Return for the A.Y. 2011-12 & 2012-13. My Taxable income is Rs. 481429/- & 422363 respectively on which TDS have been already deducted. Kindly tell me it is compulsory to file this return on their relevant A.Y. and what can i file ITR for that A.Y. in 2014-15, and if yes then which section it will be filed.
