I would suggest you to use search facility of caclubindia for Hindi notes. I am sure you will be able to locate few notes in share file section of this site.
Further also search on Google for Hindi notes. For important and frequently asked questions, I would suggest you to start your own notes.
If you are from Delhi, you can purchase them from Pooja Law House, near ICAI head office at ITO.
