Not submitting report in form 3cb/3cd will attract penalty if return has filed been filed before 30th sept. 2013 for a/y 2013-2014

I have filed return before 30th Sept. 2013 but due to lack of knowledge about online filing of report in form 3CB/3CD will attract penalty or not..??

25 January 2014 YES, PENALTY IS APPLICABLE , WHY ARE YOU FILE RETURN LATE, FORM 3CB-3CD TAX AUDIT REPORT ASSESSMENT YEAR 2013-2014 DELHI HIGH COURT CASE FILLED BY CA'S. & ONE MONTH DATE EXTENDED, IF YOUR APPOINTED CA DEATH THAN YOU CAN GO TO COURT MAY BE RELIEF
