Give the exact reason what made you to non filing of income tax return..if your income not exceeded basic exemption limit . . if your income (Before VIA deductions) more than basic exemption limit you have to file return now for earlier years

the reasons will depend on the facts of your case. in case the return was required to be filed under the provisions of section 139, then file the manual return alongwith request for condonation of delay in filing the return
