I Bablu Sah are not claimed TDS U/S 194H from assessment year 2008-09 and onwards due to not filled income tax return.

So, please guiding to me procedure of tds refund

03 July 2014 you can file the return from the F. year 2012-13 and onwards.

for refund it possible u/s 119(2) after filing .for delay condonation .
