Non Recipt of Commission as sub broker

15 November 2010 Can any body suggest plz, as we are share brokers of one pvt ltd co.based on Mumbai, from opening of a/c(10 months) as share subborker,we have to recieve nearly rs.1 laks on a/c of commission as mentioned in theri web site, we have not recieved commission amount.as they are saying daily that we are sending chq, but not recvd till today, please suggest me in this regard how to collect amount urgent please....

You may talk with other sub-brokers, and try to find out the practice adopted by the broker.

The broker may retain your commission amount probably your clients may be having debit balances.
