Dear Sir, I have filed the return of TDS q3 but i have not received all assesse 16a how its possible as i sent all the assesse detail can anyone help me in this matter its too many time pass but i have no get ma response from everyone........... Thanks & Regards Kulwinder

Check PAN of those whose 16A is not available qith TRACES whether they exist or not from Income Tax website. If by mistake wrong PAN was entered and same is not alloted to anyone then Form 16A will not be generated.

but sir the pan as well as the name of person doesn't e exist in there moreover i have generate default file also but those pan are not in that file also the same is in my record but not in 16a certificate so i m too confuse that how its possible that we have upload all the files but 16a are only 44 something....
