15 May 2012 This is to inform that

we had sold the goods to party A in the year 2006 on CST Sale against form C

we had deposited the 2% tax on the invoice amount and we had failed to collect the C form from the party A

now the purchaser party is winded the company
we had received a notice from the Sales tax dept to pay the balance tax or produce the c Form

please suggest on the case

There is no other way.Now you have to pay the diffrence of tax with penalty and interest.....MJK

21 May 2012 IF THE B COMPANY NOT RECEIVED THE C FORM

WE HAD CONTACTED THE LVO
THEIR WE GOT THE C FORM NUMBER

AND FINALLY CLOSED THE NOTICE
