Non processing of tds statement at traces

What should i do and how can i issue form 16A to the deductees

you can download 16A only after it is accepted by ITD and the data is updated with TRACES

In my case the status was "return accepted by ITD" but the same could not be reflected on TRACES for long time.
Only option available to us is to wait and watch.
