Non filling of roc and it

04 August 2012 I have a Company incorporated in 1998. last return had been submitted on 2006 in ROC. Income tax had not been filled till date. Only One Flat is there in this Company of Rs 2500000Lac. Want to Update and streamline this Company. Please guide me what to do?
