We have done the audit of a trust and Filed the ITR form ..

Buit we didint send or didnt filed the tax audit report..

Is there any penalty for that???

07 July 2015 THE DEPARTMENT CAN TRY TO CANCEL THE REGISTRATION OF TRUST. HOWEVER, IT IS ADVISABLE TO FILE THE TAX AUDIT REPORT BEFORE COMPLETION OF THE ASSESSMENT PROCEEDING.
