Can we fill the IT Returns for AY 2018-19? If not so what is the circumstances and how resolve the issue.

30 August 2019 NO , as the last date is expired now.
upto 31/03/19 should be filled with late fine.
File condonation application with CIT and after approval file online ITR

31 August 2019 Thank you very much for your reply. What will be the Interest and Penalty applicable if filed before 30/09/2019 after condonation application with CIT and after approval file online ITR
