please anyone provide procedure for conversion of NON CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE INTO CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE if not knnown complete procedure please do help to provide provision of Comapnies ACT 2013 Applicable on it.

I haven't read any provision under the new law. however, debentures are issued with deb. trustee nd the deb. trust deed. you may make appropriate changes in the Debenture Trust Deed to give effect.
