what is the procedure of non assessee registraion under central excise, as our client has to pay excise duty only as a non assessee, as per directions of the excise officer.

Go to the aces website and file the non-assessee registration form. you will be registered with central excise as a non-assessee and to the payment as per direction of excise department.
