10 September 2012 Can an individual appoint his nominees to hold shares in a company?

If yes, are those nominees required to make declarations prescribed under section 187C.

Yes, an Individual can appoint nominee by filing Form I with Company and the person who is nominated will give details in Form II and the above form after receiving by company file with in 30 days in Form-22B with ROC.
