03 July 2013 our is a private Limited, Company has been appointed a person as additional Director but that person should be appointed as Nominee Director?

kindly advice how we rectify the same?

03 July 2013 Yes, You call a Board meeting and pass a resolution for change the position of director and file Form-32 with ROC.
