PQR Ltd. has 10 Branches. A Ltd. is appointed as PQR Lts's Statutory Auditor u/s 224 of Co. Act. Firm B is appointed as Auditor of 2 branches of PQR Ltd.
Please tell me whether for Firm B, these 2 Branches will be exmpted for celing under 224(1)(B) ? Also, same is the case when both firms are appointed Tax Auditors under IT Act, 1961? Wat r Council Guidelines in this regard ? I studies but confused regarding Firm B's ceiling ?
