Can you please guide me in respect of PGPSM programme NISM (established by SEBI)? How is the programme? I have already done CFP. Now how this will help to get good job profile?

NISM is a public trust established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of securities markets in India. It is an autonomous body governed by a Board of Governors with strategic guidance from an international Advisory Council.
NISM envisions a catalytic role in promoting securities markets research and education, through:
* Close interface with policy makers, regulators and industry participants * Continuous knowledge creation, acquisition and dissemination * Collaboration with the larger educational and market infrastructure to reach constituencies relevant to the securities markets.
Noted that: NISM is not recognized by AICTE or UGC. It is a trust established by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), with a vision to lead, catalyze and deliver educational initiatives in securities markets for capacity building.The programme is not approved by SEBI or the Government of India. NISM believes in offering a high quality course that receives recognition from the securities industry by way of industry seeking to recruit students of PGPSM.

NISM does not guarantee placements to its students. However, it helps students secure placements by inviting companies to visit the campus and meet students. The placement process is currently on with many companies already having visited and many more planning to visit the campus in the next few weeks. So far, PGPSM students have been offered positions in the following organizations:
