08 July 2013 Is it compolsary to file the NIL e-TDS return of quarter ending June 2013, when there is no payment made or credited to the party account are no transaction took place during april 13 to june 13?

08 July 2013 No it is not compulsory.

But now a days Department issue notice for nil return as well so it is advisable to file Nil TDS Return as well.
