We are facing confusion between nil rated and examt
Flour and pulses are exampt or nil rated

30 August 2017 Nil rated items are the items which are covered under GST but as of now no rate is assigned to it and thus NIL rated. When GSTR-1 is prepared, NIL rated items are to be included but not GST is payable on the same. Whereas in case of exempt items, it is not considered under the purview of GST
