Nil rate purchase from un registered dealer

06 July 2017 we are manufacturer of Jam & Jellies

we purchased raw fruits ( apple, pineapple etc.)

supplier is unregistered , fruit & vegetable is NIL under Gst,

Can we enter purchase in our books in above case???
Some times supplier dsnt even provide Invoice for the same
Can we book purchase in above case without Invoice ???
