Can any one help in getting Form No. 13 (NIL Deduction Certificate)
Procedure in obtaining
any pre filled form for reference purpose.

fill 2 copies of form 13 & submit along with your projected income for the year and file the same with your assessing officer, they will check your papers and send the certificate by post
