31 May 2013 My friends was started business of Mobile Sales ( Dealership). But the company asking for VAT TIN.

Please tell me what is the procedure for that & Is deposit amt compulsory for that. & how will total amount required. & Documents. ( MAHARASHTRA - Mobile Communication (Aditya Enterprises)

15 July 2013 Hello sir.. regarding your query about vat TIN number.

Please note as per the rule of MVAT you are require to fill up the online Form with correct details.

While create your log inn please put PAN no and also you business type mention total turnover.

Now as per current rule out You have to pay the Deposit amount of Rs.20000-25000. Which is adjustable for your business in the next proceeding year.
