We are registered with Excise department as Manufacture of Tariff item 70 19 , We would like to do Import of Finished goods from Australia and from our port i.e nhava sheva with out paying any custom duty, we wish directly sale to Iran. As we are not making excise able invoice on the same. no duty passed to customer. we would like to asked whether we want to registered as trader or no registration is required. pl.reply
