is there any changes in form 3CD for A.Y. 2010-11 as FBT is not applicable for the F.Y. 2009-10. if there is any changes, pls send me new form 3CD in word/excell format.

FBT has been removed. however still no amendment has been made in form 3cd and hence annexure II of form 3CD is still required to be submitted.
