25 May 2009 Please give me a new circular regarding limitation of time for selection of Income Tax Retunrs for the F.Y 2007-2008 i.e A.Y 2008-2009, kindly provide me as soon as possible.

25 May 2009 There is no circular for selection of Income Tax Returns. However, you may refer section 143(2) and 143(3) of the Income Tax Act,1961
