dear sir kya koi excisable m/f nepal export without payment of duty kar sakta hai . yes to what is proce..... payment foriegn currency mai aaygee????

Export to Nepal without Excise duty is covered under rule 19 of Ce Excise rules 2002, Notification No45/2001. Payment can be both in Indian currency as well nepal currency.
