Section 4 of the Negotiable Instruments Act defines Promissory Notes and its essential conditions, one condition is UNCONDITIONAL:
*"The promise to pay must be unconditional or subject to only such conditions which according to the ordinary experience of mankind is bound to happen" So,Death is considered certain under Negotiable Instrument Act.
