26 July 2015 my friend had received one payment of rs. 3, 60, 000 after deducted Tds u/s 94c rs 4, 000. now in which ITR Form we should file his return to get TDS refund

26 July 2015 What ares the exact source/ nature of Income? Prima facie it seems you will have to file ITR4/ITR4S.
