I want to share my problem regarding my career. I have completed CA during my articleship in Nov 2010 then I enrolled myself in Campus placements. Fortunatly I also got job there. Now as I had started my job in that company, seniors just neglects me & even after 2 months i have not been given any work assignments on the other hand a girl also recruited with me is given a seprate treatment & she has been given core work of finance (m also in finance dept but my work assignment was project system).There is very much clear dicriminations i am feeling. Talking to my seniors i only gets the answer u have to do the work of projects but still after so much time i am not having any work.

I just want to ask what should I do as I am feeling very much mental dippression. should I leave the Job? OR what should I do? Will this not affect my career as this is just resulting in loosing my moral.
Please help me.

11 June 2011 Friend, this is industry to so..unfortunate but true.

I suggest you talk directly to you reporting boss..what plans they have for you.

If you still feel things are not working, you ned to re-think.

Dont worry about job..You are a CA, that too who completed his CA during articleship.

Do not compromise on your self - respect.

I also wanna tell my reporting boss is the same for my couligue from campus & I have asked him many times about my problem still he is not taking me seriously so I was asking whether it will not a bad impact for my career that i had quit the job in so short time span?
