Necessary to submit form no.112

Hi, I have registered for CA[PCC] I am going to registered for C.S. [Excutive programme] also, so pls tell me whether it is necessary for me to submmit form no.112 to C.A. inst. as C.S. will not clash my Article Training as it is like distance learning course.

Even it is Distance Learning Course, you have to submit Form 112.
